Garlic Frites with Parmesan

Everyone loves fries. Everyone loves garlic. Who wouldn't adore garlic fries?

My mom had bought a Costco bag of potatoes a month ago and now we are trying to find ways to eat them. I figured that I could make garlic fries.

I keep the skin on so make sure to scrub and wash carefully.
Cut into wedges. Make sure not to make them too thick.
Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper before putting it in the oven at 400 F for about 20-30 minutes. Make sure to grease the pan.
In a separate bowl mix olive oil, parsley and minced garlic.

I waited until the edges were golden brown and the potatoes started sprouting bubbles.
Transfer to the bowl and mix, also adding parmesan cheese.
 Serve with ketchup.

Do you guys have any recipes for potato dishes?

  5. looks yummy, I might have to try that.

I slice mine up, boil it a bit, then deep fry it. It makes the inside soft, and outside golden brown and crunchy.

then I eat it with a tomato spicy sauce.

hmmm might make this for dinner
