Cabin Fever

Many people would say that if they had a certain amount of free time they would be doing things they've always wanted. For instance, writing a memoire, running a marathon or doing many different hobbies. I wish that was the case for me. I am bored out of my mind! There are seriously too many hours in a day and many of my friends work so I'm either at home, trying to work out, walking the dogs or simply trying to kill time by reading or blogging. My sister told me I have cabin fever and I agree.

On this leisurely morning I awoke at 7 and had a huge cup of coffee.
Two hours later I had a bowl of Trader Joe brand honey nut cheerios and it was pretty awesome but really sweet. I am used to eating plain cheerios or rice krispies so it was bit of a sugar rush. Made my milk really sugary. I originally wanted to buy freeze-fried strawberries or frosted flakes but I'm guessing they are discontinued? Makes me sad =(

Then I went to Costco with my mama and sis and I was feeling kind of faint during. I had half a baguette on my drive back to my house. Cereal is seriously like crack but no staying power. Too bad.
Then for dinner my sister and I had Chipotle. I had a salad since the bread filled me up. A Chipotle had opened up not even 5 minutes away from my house and have been there about 4 times withing it's opening a month ago. The same guy always helps me and I told my sister if he says something today that I need to quit Chipotle a bit. We see he's ringing up people and when we were about to pay he asks, "back again?"

FAIL.

  2. Strangely enough cereal does sustain me, though I always try to get a cereal with higher protein than average.
That game looks really fun :)

  3. I am so with you! When I have too much free time- I go nuts! LOVE chipotle's guacamole! We don't have a chipotle in Charleston - so Qdoba is our go to.

  4. Ahaha at the Chipotle guy! I think they think the same thing about me at this one coffee shop near my apartment.

Have you tried toasting the brown rice tortillas in the oven? It's phenomenal.
